Limen

The space between what was and what will be.
This is where healing begins, where meaning is built.

Isaac

I am Isaac Kahiri. A Logotherapist, Organizational Meaning Consultant, and Registered Counseling Psychologist based in Nairobi, Kenya. My work is grounded in Viktor Frankl's logotherapy: the belief that meaning is the primary motivation of human life, and that when people — and the organizations they build — lose touch with their why, everything else follows.I hold a Diploma in Counselling Psychology from the Kenya Association of Professional Counsellors, and am currently in practicum training in FirstPlay® Therapy under Dr. Janet Courtney, the pioneer of this modality for infants and children.I work with individuals navigating transitions, families building their first foundations, and organizations whose people have quietly stopped believing in the work.If any of this sounds like where you are, you are in the right place.

Martha

I am Martha Nyokabi. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from United States International University and am registered and licensed by the Counselors and Psychologists Board.I am committed to ongoing learning and professional development through training in various areas of interest. In this regard, I am a trained Psychological First Aid provider. I am also a certified mediator from the Mediation Training Institute.I am someone who values depth, movement, and growth. For me, a perfect day involves a long walk outside, a genuinely honest conversation, and a book that forces me to look at the world through a completely different lens. I don't believe in surface-level living. I believe that our lived experiences shape who we are; that our personal stories carry immense weight, and that sharing those stories is how we truly connect.

How we can help

1. The Meaning Architecture Assessment

  • For organizations of 10–300 people going through change, growth, or quiet decline. A structured diagnostic that reveals where your organization's sense of purpose is intact and where it is silently eroding. Delivered as interviews, a facilitated session, and a written report.

2. Mediation

  • Family & Relationship Mediation: Navigating delicate dynamics, divorces, co-parenting agreements, and estate disputes with empathy.

  • Workplace & Corporate Mediation: Resolving internal team conflicts, executive friction, and structural disputes to restore productivity.

  • Community Mediation: Facilitating dialogues between neighbors, community groups, or tenants to rebuild local harmony.

  • Commercial Mediation: Settling contracts, partnership, or financial disagreements outside of costly courtrooms.

3. The Founder's Room

  • For founders and CEOs carrying the meaning of the organization alone. Six sessions. We articulate your organizational why in a form that can outlive your personal presence, and that your people can feel.

4. The Meaning Conversation

  • For individuals navigating transitions, burnout, grief, or loss of direction. One session or a package of four. This is unhurried, honest work.

5. Limen Workshops

  • For teams, families, and community organizations. Half-day or full-day group sessions on meaning, resilience, and purpose. Minimum 8 participants.
